Exchange Period
Exchanges may be requested within 10 days of receipt, provided the piece remains in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

White Glove Sizing — Baghdad
RAVELLIO's exclusive White Glove experience. Two sizes of the same piece may be requested for at-delivery fitting. The alternative piece is collected and exchanged within the same visit.

Governorate Service
RAVELLIO covers the cost of the first exchange for governorate clients. Orders are shipped with additional protective packaging to preserve the RAVELLIO box.

Returns
Return requests are accepted only in the event of receiving a piece different from what was ordered, following review by the RAVELLIO team.
